Default heater not working...

I have a 91 Dodge Shadow with a heater that does not seem to work. I have changed the thermostat and I still do not get any warm air our of the heater. The blower blows and it sounds like the linkage is engaging but it just does not blow warm... Any help would be appreciated.

Well I need more info from. One thing does it or did have A/C at one time. If it did there was a heater hose bypass valve.

Does the motor use any coolant or smoke maybe indictating a headgasket prob?

If you let the car warm up under the hood grab the heater hose are they warm?

Good questions, Yes the car has AC and it works fine. No, it does not use coolant, and I believe the hoses are warm when grabbed after the car warms up.

If the hoses are warm I would try to flush the core.
