For some reason this morning my car cant get anywhere near 6600rpm.(turboII)
If i leave the clutch in and stomp the gas i get to exactley 5000rpm then it dips to 4000rpm then back to five, and so on.
when its in gear i can only get about 18psi when its usually 26psi. its on a manual boost controller and i cant make sense of it.
its running rich too and smells of rotten eggs when i boot it.
If someone has an idea it will save me having the car screened for a hundred bucks.

 

could be a clogged cat... but that shouldnt stop you from reving(egg smell) i would advise backing off the turbo till you figure it out...
