Default ATF+4 in Dodge 1986 3 Speed Automatic, Any reason not to use it?

Is there any reason not to use ATF+4 in a 1986 3 Speed Automatic Transmission that has had all the fluid including from the torque converter removed. Seals etc?

Car has Dexron II/III in it now. Dealer is saying to use ATF+4....anyone had any experience with using ATF+4 in these older transmissions?

According to Chrysler, ATF+4 is for All Transmission 2010 and older.

You should have zero issues with it.
