Default Head work

Anyone know of any place that does head work for cheap? I want to have the head for my 2.5L cleaned up and checked out. Possibly new valves, and everything put in too. My dad knows a guy who can do it really cheap (under 100 bux) where most places will charge around 200 easily.

Shi+, for that price, I would mail you the head off of mine to get done too! That's dirt cheap, you ain't gonna find much better than that!

Here in germany, you're lucky to get a head re-done for less than $300!

Consider yourself fortunate that you know someone.

i rebuild heads for 150 you get me the parts i recommend victor gaskets (they made the original for chrysler)which is the best stay away from fel-pro on 2.2s and 2.5 they suck.napa has victor gasket set for $68 bucks for the whole set.I can even gasket match ports and polish them for 50 more.and if you are using a engine from a 1985 or earlier get 11 mm head bolts and redrill the block to accept the bolts i recommend new head bolts but i have had good luck with the old too! e-mail me at wert91@hotmail.com
