Flywheel Timing Marks on a 2.5

Looking for where you use a timing light. Have a manual ordered on Ebay but takes 2 weeks now for mail to delivery orders.

Aren't the marks ON the flywheel? I *think* there is a plug, or some such, on the bellhousing, right at the top, that you can see it... Maybe??
