Default Power Steering pump

Hey, well me and a buddy are gonna take the power steering pump off the parts Shadow today, I'am hopeing its got power steering, but anyways, I'am wondering that if I take the power steering pump off, will this make it so I can no longer steer the car? thanks. Oh, and my friend has a Sundance, thats why he needs the part.

I be surprised if it didn't have it. I haven't found one yet that did not power steering. As to take it off there is two bolts on the front side of the bracket and one nut on the back side where it rotates on. The one line is a low pressure so it should have standard clamp the other is high and will be need to unskrewed from the pump or the rack.

The rack's lifespan might be shortened by removing the pump due to lack of lubrication from the ps fluid.

Making low speed turns (parking lots and stop lights) will require a lot more physical strength, low speed turning is the main reason for the use of power steering.
