The College Build thread.
After nearly a year of having the truck I figured it was time to document the progress and all that has happened and will happen to the truck.
Here she is basically stock after I bought her. The picture was taken later but I hadn't done anything to the outside yet.

The truck was bought new from our neighbor who did some mods to it. Dual exhaust, jet chip, CAI minor lift, put lt 235 85 r16 toyo a/t on 16" black American Racing wheels. The major thing was he took care of it. Along with the truck was a purple book with nearly every detail of the trucks life. Down to the tanks of gas and the mpg he got for each.
The truck was then sold to his neighbor ( You can see his house directly behind my truck and above my brothers ranger. It didn't have the bed cover when we test drove it but when we wen't to pick it up our neighbor was finishing slapping it on for me.
Now this is where I stepped in. . Although I haven't posted pictures yet the first thing I did was put some camo seat covers from Cabelas (free from my boss) and got rid of the old ranch style covers that were on it. Of course I had to add matching floor mats and put a steering wheel cover to replace the faded black one the original owner had put on. Then I became a member of DF named CamoDodge after the first "mod" that I did.
Next came the typical teenage guy thing to do, the speakers were crackling and I had to put a system in it. Kenwood 6x9's, a Kenwood deck, Kenwood 10" sub, and two extra 6x9's in boxes powered by a pioneer amp. With it came a viper keyless entry and alarm.
Although there hasn't been any updated pictures yet I went ahead and put on black bolt on fender flares and tinted the windows to the legal limit here in CO. Hopefully I can get pictures up but in the meantime I think it isn't too bad of a start.

Thanks man, Usually I am not either. But neighbor took very good care of this one and it wasn't a bad deal, plus had performance stuff already done to it. haha Any ideas on things to do? I'm keeping an eye out for a suspension lift, theres the blocks on there from the original owner, other then raptor lining the bed (maybe). I am pretty content.
