Default 2014 Jeep SRT

Ordered a Jeep SRT from the factory. Took about five weeks for them to make and deliver it to the dealership. I picked it up on 1/13/14. Some crappy pictures inside my garage during a snowstorm.

A few pictures outside my office.

Thanks, it is the maximum steel color. Bluish gray. It has the Harmon Kardon audio, Sepia leather and panoramic sun roof. The sound system is amazing, but the 6.4 liter Hemi is a real monster with the 8 speed automatic transmission. It makes my Coronets feel like Chevy Volts in the power department.

Like all of the other SRT vehicles Ive had, I loved how they felt but I found myself wanting a much louder exhaust system.

It has a nice rumble, but it is tame compared to the Magnaflow system I had on my Durango.

I LOVE that steering wheel!
I cant believe the power these things put out. Immense!

I would highly recommend going to Lowes or Home Depot and buying the largest diameter piping insulation they have for that pole. That little bit of wrap doesn't make me feel warm enough inside. Not even through my computer 500mi away..lmao
Seriously though. Piping insulation would solve any worries! Pics please..hahahaa j/k

It is an old bath tub mat that has the suction cups on the bottom so it a bit cushioned. I can pull forward enough that the doors do not hit the pole. I tried carpet (looks like crap), sponge rubber (too easy to rip) and pure gum rubber and every time my daughters pulled it off. The bath mat is the only thing that seems to work. I can wait to move and get a larger three car garage next year.

I was at the autoshow in Detroit a couple weeks ago and they had a 4 door wrangler there with the srt 6.4 engine and dana 60's front and rear. Even had 39's on it! They claimed this will be an option vehicle from Jeep later this year. Looks like Dodge/Jeep is stepping up their game in the power/drivetrain department for the 4x4 enthusiast

There are a couple of youtube videos I saw a few weeks ago that have the Wrangler 6.4. None of them show the engine, so I assumed it was a joke. They are putting the 6.4 liter Hemi in the 2500 Ram soon if not already done.

Finally had a 50 degree day so that I could really wash and clean the SRT. I use a foam gun on it almost every night to get the salt off, but only washed it a few times.
