Default Huge cap on hub

Hey guys, need your advice—trying to get my new wheels and tires to fit my car, but the center bore has a cap, and it looks like the wheels won’t fit because of it. What should I do?

2007, Mercedes, E Class, E350

wheels are -
STRADA® - PERFETTO Gloss Black with Machined Face (18" x 8", +40 Offset, 5x112 Bolt Pattern, 72.6mm Hub)

This is a Dodge website. Aside from that, you bought the wrong wheels for that vehicle.

Do the wheels fit on the spacers?

If so, and if I'm reading the pics right (descriptions would help) the spacers will go onto the hub if the cap's removed, then put the cap back on and slide the wheel on.

Does this work? Or is it just that you've bought the wrong wheels?

Looking at it, I can't really tell if it's the cap, or if the spacer simply isn't large enough to fit around the hub..... From the pics, it doesn't look (to me) like the cap is larger diameter than the hub itself.

The center register is too small. The wheels won't fit.
