July 12th sounds good to me, I'd love to go to the muesum again... maybe they'll have a different car that we can sit in... and they only let us monopolize their pool room because they didn't have a table big enough for us... but just remember that we only had like 8 or 9 people...if we get more we should find a different spot or atleast a different hooters... I think that one has a small parking lot compared to some other ones.

 

After last year I can not guarantee I can make it on that date, but pencil me in.

The sat before the 4th or after is a guarantee as I am on vacation that week so I know I will not have to travel.

Odds are I will be able to make it, I only travel about 4 weekends a year, just happened last year we hit one that I could not move. I have pull, but not enough to change the date of a manufacturing facility move.

 

grilling is alot of work for someone...the weekend can be moved, i just tossed out the 12th...a different date is not out of the question..july 19-20 is a mopar race event, so that wouldnt be a good weekend, but the one after may not be a bad idea...

 

Just make sure you picka day that will be dry or the Hemi you shall see

 

so, how about july 26th? i dont know what the forecast is yet, but there is probably at least a 50% chance of sunshine...

 

Date, unless it is around a vacation does not mean much to me, but it does need to be a sat and not a sun (Sundays are car show day for me in the Toledo area).

Why not find a car show some where near Detroit and meet there then hit Hooters or something after? There has to be shows almost every Saturday up there. If the meet were to be held in Toledo the best show would be at the Jeep plant, which is always on fathers day which could be an issue. They will draw about 700+ cars and trucks.

 

the only thing with that, is that its like meeting at the mopar nationals...everyone is there, but no one really meets...
