I am expecting 30 to 50 people.

 

If I could make it over.. I might be over in time for the high kicker to be open so I can actually go in it! LOL!

now we're planing on 2 kegs to start with.

evidently at the last show my room mate did, in their practice spot, they around 80 people there.

I hope that most of that crew won't show. I only planed on roughly 15 to 20 people per band plus another 15 to 20 others that know me.

by that estimate the would put it at 80. but if all of thier crew show up that would put it up to 120 to 140.

I think it will be best to tell InmindzI to be a little more selective, so it doesn't get out of control.

things have been brought under control. 50 to 60 people now.

 

Every thing seems to be coming togeather fine except for the issue of tent, tables, and chairs.

I have a plan for a tent and tables....4X8 sheets of plywood for tables and a canvas tarp for a tent.

Im not sure how many chairs I can round up, so if any of ya'll have those folding camping chairs bring them just incase.
