Srt-4 pictures and video
I have some photos of srt-4s in action from a couple michigan performance rallies if anyone is interested.
There is a sample clip on the video clips portion and you can do a search by car number in the photo galleries for cars 26, 52, 60, and 92 or feel free to look at all the pictures. It really is amazing what any of these cars can do on dirt roads going up to 120mph.

Petoskey area....yeah rally is about the most exciting autoracing out there...i just wish it was more spectator friendly....seeing a car drift around a corner at probably around 60mph on snow like one of the vid clips shows of car 11 is just awesome and being there taking pictures or filming as the cars come within feet of you is a rush.
yeah, there isnt any way to really 'follow' a car expect from the air. and car on spectator crashes are usually not good. especially given crowds gather at difficult turns as they are much more exciting
its ok...we sign our lives away when we get our media passes to these things

Yeah cool, I live in Kalamazoo, but me mum and dad live near Torch lake up that way eh. I did myself, live in Elk rapids for about 6 mos. I may have to get up there and take the ol man to watch some rallys. Are they posted on Myautoevents.com?
I did also live in Vegas for many years and would frequently go watch S.C.O.R.E. and S.N.O.R.E. events held out in the desert just north of town. They used to also run the Mint (400) I believe out there. You could just go North on I-15 or Las Vegas Blvd about15 miles outta town, get off at one of the last exits, pick a direction and drive and find a trail that lead out to the course and find a good technical spot like with a wash or gully and park near it and watch the racers come flying by. The class 8 trucks were always my favorite because they were so fast and would fly over rocks and bumps everyone else tiptoed over. Also when they went by the ground would thunder. Plus the sound of an 800 hp v-8 just sounds better than any VW with a pipe. I do miss that kind of stuff, but I dont miss the desert too much. LOL

you can find info on the national rallies at www.rally-america.comof which two are run in michigan. One is the end of january in atlanta, mi and the other is up in houghton/hancock area third weekend in october. We actually are probably going to end up doing circle track stuff this summer at either Kinross north of the bridge or Cherry speedway near traverse city.
