Problems P0303
when i go wot every now and then the boost shoots to about20 and back down causing the car to act funny and sputter, and every now and then the check engine light flickers off and on but no codes car is stock with new plugs any advice.
are you stock? if so there is no way you should be spiking anywhere around 20psi. now if you had a diff wga or anything allowing you to spike 20, what are you holding. the stock fuel system can not support anything over around 17psi. which would explain your engine cutting out as you keep on it. and throwing a code. but in short a stock car should NOT hit anything near 20psi. maybe 16-17 most at spike. (holding 14-15 at most, depending on conditions).
as for the plugs, what are they gapped at? if you gapped them too far, anything over .45 or .50, youll be having some sparking issues, which will also kill any power under boost.
i should also ask, does your boost gauge rest at zero when the car is off? what about at idle? boost gauges in these cars arent exactly known for their astounding accuracy

plugs & wires are good place to start though. our cars are known to eat plugs up... just make sure your gapping them properly
and in my earlier post i meant to say gap at 0.045 or 0.050 dont want anyone reading to try to gap them at .5 (half an inch) or anything crazy

thanx im going to try .40 on the gap also i read it could be the wires to the tps sensor but it looks ok and idles fine i also messed with the wires at idle to see if it would change and nothing.
