Start with doing the computers self check. If nothing shows up you might want to take it in for service, oil pressure is nothing to ignore and that is why I prefer gauges over idiot lights. If the car runs fine it could simply be a bad connection or wire.

Turn the key three times w/o actually starting the car....

What oil are you running? When I was running Amsoil I had the same thing happen. The light would come on and go off. Once I put Mobil back in it I never saw the light again. I agree w/ 71RR, get a oil pressure gauge. Even if it is just to ease the mind, it worked for me!

well one problem is the OSU's location. it seems very hard to get to, almost like u gotta pull the motor to get to it. im using royal purple, and have been for a while. wouldn't u hook a gauge up to where the osu is? after thinking about it, i believe it will be fine as long as the light goes off when i turn the car back on. now if im driving down the road and the light comes on, i think then yea i have a problem. mainly right now its just annoying.

I hooked the gauge up to where the dummy light sensor for the PCM goes. Just 'T'd" them both in there. You can get to it with a lift, and it helps to take out the downpipe (did mine when I did the o2 housing and exhaust). Just gives you some room.....
