that's because i left the nose pieces alone. the car in C installed them differently. he removed the black pieces that are in the nose so that the mesh is flat against the body. i left in the black pieces. if you look in the nose on your car you'll see what i'm talking about....

 

I see it now. Why did you leave them in?

 

i found it easier to mount them in the plastic piece than into the body. although i'm now thinking that i might change it to the other way...

 

well i have option B also. I got a sample of each and A was so flexible i threw it in the garbage. It was a toss up for B or C but went with B cuz C again was alot more flexible and i didnt want. here is a pic

 

I have thought about getting the same grill inserts to replace the factory black plastic since my car is black and so is the bumper foam behind the mesh. The grill openings are hard to see and would really pop and be noticed if I had the silver metal mesh to scream from all the openings.

 

I have a Black 04 SRT-4 and i put C in mine. I left the spacers in and they sit back a little further but it still looks sweet.
