Default Suspension

Hey Wazzup ya!

I just finish ordering some springs (Tien S.) & front and rear DC Struct Bars[sm=icon_rock.gif] from turboneonstore.com. Now, my question is how good are these springs? was this a [sm=badidea.gif][sm=icon_stickpoke.gif][sm=icon_beat.gif] of a choice? i have 2 friends here in Germany, one rides on "Goldline" and the other on "Progress". The Goldlines rides just a little bouncy while the Progress rides a little bumpy (too stiff) but, they both hug the curves NICE[sm=icon_cheers.gif][sm=icon_rock.gif][sm=smiley20.gif]. Any suggestios? One more thing: i read before in this DF on installation of the strut bars, did anyone go by tq or just by feel?

Peace

I guess it depends on how much padding you have in your "rear"....I have plenty, so I'd go with the stiffer setup......[sm=smiley36.gif]

'bump'

roach- i got the htechs, and they are great- the ride quality is exactly the same as stock (well, i can't tell the difference anyway), but it corners better and doesn't squat on acceleration anymore.

the torque on the strut tower nuts is 300 in-lbs (i remember b/c my buddy stripped one of mine while tightening it for me and i had to get a new one- almost 5 bucks just for the nut, btw- rip!!).
