Pressure Pipe
I tapped into the manifold source for my BOV. works good and easy to run since that is where the BOV sits. Yeah, just run to a hardware store, buy some 5/16" hosing and a plastic "T" to tap into the manifold line. Your Blow Off Valve will tap into their. It is a good idea to either zip tie or "C" Clamp the hoses too. I "C" Clamped mine to make sure they don't pop off. People say you can use the pink valve but then the ECU controls the BOV and it is better if you don't do it that way. Just rip off the pink line and put a cap on the solenoid (solenoid is mounted on the stock airbox if you still have it). If you need more help, I can always take pictures of my setup as well.
Thanks,
Steve

I know that this is an old topic but i hope someone can help me. I just want to knowif there is supposed to be anything in the top hole or hooked to the top hole on the raptor blow off valve that that executioner is refering to in this post.
which hole are you referring to? do you mean on the pipe or on the actual bov itself? both holes in the pipe should be pluged. in the bov, if it's like most other bov's on the market (i don't remember, it's been a while since i've seen a raptor) there is one hole that is not used, it's an alternate vacuum source, it can be used but it's not necessary.
Its the clamps...went thru the same thing when i first got mine....i ended up useing the factory clamps from the old up pipe on the new one at the TB..mine fit the FMIC fine....it was on the Throdle Body were the problem was, as the clamps were to big to probaly secure it.
Here are some pics of my setup of the turbonetics up pipe and raptor BOV. And what i did to make it work. Also is a pic of the AGP Bov block off plate installed on the factory turbo, and the pink line that so many questions get asked about, also is a pic of the vacum tee for the raptor BOV connecting to the TB vacum source. The other hole you are reffering to is for cars that have a MAP connection to the BOV, like GM and toyota......Make sure you put the brass fitting in the top hole, leave the bottom one open as our cars do not need it, it comes from raptor sit at 20psi, it will not leak on stock or near stock boost levels, anyting above this it will leak.
