RE: Should I paint my rims black ?
Lot of valid arguments.... ACR rims are more expensive and rare, which could mean two different things: 1) Your going to rattle can those BBS's!?! What? Are you crazy!?! 2) Those are the first black ones I've seen....
I'm leaning towards the second option if you want black rims. Why sell them just to buy a set of black ones when you know the one's you gotare quality rims and that you can make them black? But, I would powder coat them if possible. It is more expensive and time consuming, but will payoff in the long run (won't fade/scratch as easily as spraypaint & will probably look better).
Of course I'm biased, for I have black rims as well

I do powder coating where I work at....and it is good stuff we guarantee our work/paint for 7 years. But I have seen a few sets of rims come through that were painted black...and if you decide to do it make sure that you get a gloss or clearcoat put on them..or the paint looks dull and crappy without the gloss paint or clearcoat...we do powder coating for John Deere tractors and Kubota as well as others.
