yes it is. boost might not be controlled completly by the ecu, but everything else is.
I was just thinking about this this weekend after doing a boost leak test. Pretty much need a fc to alleviate this problem?

ok wellIHave to make another boost leak tester can't seem to find mine. But I got another question!
Does the ecu compensate some how for low fuel pressure?
why im asking is cuz at WOT I only have 50psi. idle it bounces between 50 and 56. Isn't it supposed to be 58 all the time? sounds like if my fuel pumps not the problem mines going bad and i need one anyway! But my AFR's are fine at idle and WOT. so its kinda weird I'm thinking the ecu is compensating some how for the low pressure. Possible?

Boost dropping to 14-15psi....Maybe 16 on a good day. WGA just doesn't seem to be doing the trick....Maybe i just need to play with the adjustments more, but it seems that no matter what i do I just can't hold more than that.
