Default Cheapest way to run 13.0?

What's the cheapest way to run 13.0 without NOS? What parts do I need or should I get and what would the cost be? My car is stock right now.

I know of a way to do it for $0, but I will never suggest it unless you are gonna run it only once and get tons of $$$$$ from it since it will most likely melt your motor in the process. The easiest way to run 13.0 is to learn how to launch and run it and then get slicks for it, you can knock off about a second with slicks. Another way would start off like the previous, but get Stage 1 upgrade instead of the slicks. I've personally watched them run 13.0-13.2 with just the Stage 1 upgrade.

Remember there was guy who did it with stage 1, slicks and a wastegate. I may just go that route.

there was a guy in the CC series this year...stage 1...dropped the exhuast out, pulled the interior, the cheap spring upgrade, 15 inch front low pros, and a CAI...12.70s, and he was very good at launching and shifting...

Yeah, unlike the guy with the black SRT Neon at Norwalk this past weekend with stage II. 13.8 sec.[sm=smiley24.gif][sm=dontgetit.gif]

No.[sm=badidea.gif][sm=lol.gif]

Are you serious? There was another one there, silver I think, that I didn't see run. I suppose he was embarrassed.
