It says K & N intake, but not cold air intake whilt with the AEM it says that it is the AEM cold air intake. My guess is that the K & N they are refering to is either just the filter or the short ram, but I do not believe that it is the cold air intake. Since they labeled the AEM as being the CAI, I'm sure that if they were using the K & N CAI they would have labeled it as such just like the AEM. They may have the K & N CAI vs. the AEM CAI dyno results listed under the K & N CAI's, but I'm not certain.

mp told me that the k&n put out more power on their dyno, which the dyno sheet under the k&n supports- i agree w/ rr, this must not be the k&n cai.

I did- he told me to go w/ the k&n based on their dyno results, but now psichick has got me looking at the psi-fi srt-flo intake kit. so now i'm undecided again.

Normally, manufacturer competition is a healthy thing. However, with the lack of controls/regulations on the internet, anyone can post almost anything and pass it off as truth.....hence the confusion.[:'(]
