Short shifter feedback
i have the 58, my boyfriend has the 72. i prefer the feel of mine, he likes it a little shorter. i had the mopar in my car when it first came out and the maddog is a much nicer shift imo. it's tight, but not overly so. it's the best shifter i've felt on the car (and i've driven quite a few lol).
as for the shift ****, it depends on what type of connection point it has. if it's just a pop on like the stocker than yes it will fit. if it's a screw on type then you'll have to have it threaded. maddog actually will thread it for you if you give him the thread dimentions, or sometimes if you send him the shift **** then he'll match it for you and send it back with the shifter.
yes, it's bs that they won't warranty the tranny. the clutch is the only part in the tranny that has a 12mo/12k warranty, everything else is 3/36 or 7/70 depnding on the year. tell them that they better fix it or you will report them to the BBB and to DCX corporate (well i guess it's not DCX anymore, so whatever they call it now).

here is the guy I got. Matches the interior very well. Has a great feel/weight too.
