I have been getting alot of brake dust on my wheels even if I don't drive that much. Does anyone know if this is common to srt4 or all cars? Is there anything that can be done to minimize the brake dust? What is the best thing to clean the wheels?

RE: dodge neon srt4 brake dust
I clean my wheels almost everyday. I just use a towel to wipe the dust off. If it gets really bad, my local carwash has some good stuff to spray on the tires and wheels.
You think it's bad on the stock wheels, try keeping polished aluminum ones clean! [:@]
I used Meguire's wheel cleaner with the stockers. It did a good jobdecreasing the amount of elbow grease I had to use. Also use microfiber cloths or soft papertowels to prevent scratches.
i use teflon wheel cleaner made by eagle one. it cleans the tire and the rim. just spray it on then use an old wash mit to wash it off. it leaves a waxy coating so to speak which makes it easier to clean the next time.
