See through hood..... You may be on to something......

 

SRT_YA: Instead of erasing the hood, try using the feather tool. It will give a much better fade on the edges and make it look transparent rather then erased. If that is what you were using, increase the radius of it.

......weeeeeellllll..... the correct answer is to go to your friendly neighborhood software store and purchase an authorized copy for the manufacturers suggested retail price...

I heard a rumor of people that have used bit torrents / etc. to download such programs - for trial purposes of course...

anything other than that... well... I am going to plead the 5th! ;-)

 

Yep, there's the legal way and the illegal way to get it.......but honestly...you dont need to get JUST photoshop to do this....

You can use a variety of programs, but most people use Photoshop.

Adobe Photoshop - any version
Paint Shop Pro
Microsoft Paint - yes it can be done, but no I dont recommned it.
LView Pro

And those are just a few....there are others....

 

What would be really neat is with the grey background then color the reflection of the car same as the subject photo.
