Hey everyone i ordered my kit from modern-performance.com. Its been 3 weeks has anyone else waited this long and how will you know when it comes in becuase they cant find out because mopar doesnt call them from what I hear. What gives?

 

cancel the order and go through someone that actually gives a damn. modern is great with lots of things, but they are the absolute worst when it comes to mopar performance stuff. i really recommend canceling the order and going through moparsupercenter.com or speedanddevelopment.com. they do some of the largest volumes of MP sales in the country and can get your stage kit faster than modern can, and will actually keep you informed of what's going on with it.

 

Damn uhhm psi-chick i checked the website for speedanddevelopment.com and that site doesnt work. and moparsupercenter doesnt take paypal so that doesnt leave me with much options if it doesnt come through thisweek or no word from them imma cancel the ****. I honestly think that it shouldnt take nomore thant he week.

 

maybe psi-chick you should give us the hook up of where to get mopar stage upgrade parts so we wouldnt have to go through this. And then maybe we can atleast find out the downtime. Because this **** is honestly killing not only me but alot of othe rpeople who ordered it. Becuase i calle dup modernperformance today and they told me oh theres no way we can really know about it ,it has to come to us first then we have to ship it to you. Im like wtf!?%*#@ is this? and its been 3 weeks already that **** should be on my car and i should be runnin that up and down the block.

 

She did give you the "hook up" ....you should have asked peoples opinion on where to purchase it first..... 9/10 people would have told you not to go through modern and to go through Moparsupercenter.

 

yeah I waited 2 months for my motor mounts from modern and finally cancelled the order, ended up buying them from jscspeed.com, finally got them in 3 days.Like psichick said, they are very good with lots of stuff, but they tend to suck at shipping sometimes

 

what you should have done is just ordered it from dodge.it would be cheaper than ordering it through moderen. moderen was trying to charge me $5oo more than dodge for my stage 3 kit, plus you would have had it by now.

 

That I don't agree with ..... Dodge dealershipsdon't get as deep a discount because they don't push as much product, and they aren't going to give you much of a percentage off of retail anyway.

 

I Ordered my stage 2 w/toys from the dodge dealer and it took 4 weeks to get.
I ordered my stage 3add-on kitfrom Moparsupercenter.com and it only took 3 weeks to get(even though they told me it would have been longer)and there cust service is top notch.If you go to the website and call them you can pay with a CC.

A few weeks on a staged kit is somewhat normal

 

i got my stage kit from moparsupercenter. they are the only place that i'll order stage kits from. jeff, ted and joel are awesome with this stuff. it's complete bs that modern "can't" find out what's going on. all they have to do is pick up the phone and call flightsystems and they'll tell them. jeff @mpsc does that for you and lets you know if there's a problem. iordered my s3 from him and it was on my doorstep in 12 days, including the weekend. can't beat that service.
