Yep, I've discussed this in great lengths on here before. Often times it might be within your best intrest to have an independent mechanic or shop look it over and give you a written estimate and description of the damage/failure and their explaination of the cause. It would be even better if you get two independent estimations before letting any DCX employee try to stick it in you minus the vaseline, because that's what they are paid to do, protect DCXs' wallet at any and all costs reguardless of the laws and what is right and honest.

Do the search as Barneydriver said and you will find all the info you need, including the actual laws on this in DCX's own words and writtings.
