Default F*#@EN RAIN WATER

has this **** happend to anyone else? the other day here in Abilene T.X. it rained like it has been for the last two weeks. well the first day it rained ihad my love (SRT)in the drive way and it started to rain and thought nothing of it. later when i went to go put it under the car port i heard a gush of water and had no clue where it was coming from. i happen looked down to the frontpassengers right kick pnl and noticed that there was fu$%en water pooring out, as if it was coming out of a straw. it was coming from what i think is the a/c blower motor. the only thing that i can think that happened is that i had the a/c **** to ram air or you can say out side air position. i can believe this shi#*. any thoughts on this bull Sh!*

wow, that same exact thing was happening to my car about 2 weeks ago, it rained really hard and wen i went to drive it i heard that whoosh noise and next thing i knew my passenger carpet was soaked. I went to autozone and picked up a tube of black silicone glue and removed that plastic shield thing that go's between the windshield and the hood and wherethe windshield wipers go through, once i took that off i could see the bottom of the windshield and i just started sealing up the bottom of it, then i sealed below the windshieldwhere the firewall connects and is sealed with the same stuff, i saw a couple suspicious spots and sealed them up, then put everything back on. It has rained on my car 4-5 times since i sealed things under there and hasnt leaked through yet so i guess i fixed it. If you have any more ?'s i will try and help you out because i had the same problem.

same here. if you have aftermarket speakers with larger gauge wires, the water will come in wherethe wire goes form the door to the body. check that out. thats where the rain was coming from with mine.

My car did that a couple of years ago, sent her to the dealership, and they replaced the air conditioning drain hose/line, they said it had a kink in it. It seems to be a pretty common problem.

Sorry to hear about your leak......I left my SRT-4 outside on purpose yesterday because it was raining like hell. Got a nice free wash job. All I have to do now is wipe the brake dust off the wheels, as usual.......
