Hi im new to the forum but i got just one question. I have a 05' SRT-4 with exhaust & intake and i just ordered upgraded MSD coil pack.8.5mm wires and plugs, Now for the question. My Godfather drives an 05' Corvette ZR-51 and i wanna know what its gonna take for me to beat his ***. These little cars are incredible, This coming from someone who is 22 and on their 9th car. Money is not really an issue, I just wanna know what the bare minimum would be to beat him. Thanks everyone.

 

sell the MSD coil pack, its a piece of junk.

But how much power can thestock engineinternals really hold on these cars?

 

400-450HP on stock internals.......Stage 3 will do it.

 

Bout how much PSI is max?

 

30ish is about the most you'd want to run

 

I wouldn't go over 25 with stock internals. 25psi on 50 trim with supporting mods usually sees 415whp or so.

 

30 on race gas is not too bad but it will reduce the life of the motor, a local here made 468 on stock internals, pump gas, and 22lbs. 507 on race gas and 28lbs
