Ok i have found a guy that has a grey used K&N intake for sale this is what he said about it

so im looking at 165$ shipped.

Is this from eBay? If so, what does his feedback look like? If not, how did you find out about it? (I'm nosey)

A new one can be had for about $30 more than that, plus it will have a new/clean filter and you are assured of receiving all of the fittings. What is the reason the guy is selling it?

I'd go with new because if you have any issues with it, you can work it out with K&N since you were the original buyer....

 

Shouldn't there be a heat sheild included.

 

its not from ebay its from a site. I rather not say which. But hes wanting to do it VIA paypal so im nto worried about getting ripped off. Hes getting rid of it because hes trading his SRT4 in and getting a truck. He has lowered his price to 155$ shipped.

Also forgot to include the fact he has had it in his car for only 3 weeks

 

id go with new cause the $$$ for the used isnt that great.

 

it's a short ram. if you're gonna get an intake just spend the extra cash and get a full cai. you'll be pulling in hot engine bay air with that intake.

 

its not a ram you can see the cai extention in the second pic.

 

so he has the extention but never installed it? didn't see the pipe there. if you can get the full cai or $155 i say go for it.

 

I think im going to go for it. Its the color I want and everything. I'll keep you posted.
