my buddy has a crx and hes is not too impressed with the numbers that honda motors make.... how diifficult would it beto put a srt-4 motor in a 88crx??

 

its pretty damn hard to swap one into a neon....so I'm guessing honda wouldnt stand a chance

 

actually it's not that hard to swap it into a regular neon, 1st or 2nd gen (i know at least one of each with a srt swap locally).

a crx though? i have doubts that it would even fit, and it would require a ton of fabriction work. it would be a pretty cool swap though if you could make it work.

 

I think 2nd gen is easier than first.I got a friend with a 1st gen swap and Nemo has been tryuing to get him to go by the shop and show him the car

 

dont tell me you know Yelani from west palm beach???with the 1st gen neon srt swap... if so, His dad Marcial did the swap, he told me bout Nemo wanting to know how he did it..lol

 

yeah thats who Im talking about...Marcial put on my new act clutch like 3 weeks ago...really good guy, Yelani is running 12s all nite, and he's all stock...unbelieveable how light those neons can be

I do not know what I am gonna do with this other motor,,, A 1st gen soungs good but so does alot of other cars/ mini trucks....We will see what i decide to do but if anyone has any random suggestion that could be possible let me know

 

are u going to have a shop do the swap for u or are u doing it urself? because even if u do put it into a neon it will be nearly impossible without the right tools and/or experience, let alone a truck or a honda.
