Is the s1 pcm the same as the s2? Do they have the same program?

If you don't reflash, the car wont run. A reflash through flight systems usually costs 50 bucks with shipping.
What do u guys do if you want an upgraded computer with the least restrictions to go along with a 50 trim turbo kit or a Hahn turbo kit? It seems as if the only upgraded computers that are offered for the sRT-4 is the mopar computers. Do u guys just spend a few thousand to get a complete engine management system or do u guys just not worry about the computer?
From what I have heard, the Stage 1 PCM is the most "mod friendly" computer for non-mopar parts. I never threw a code with it, but I did with the stock onewhen I addeda MBC, WGA and a few other mods. But if you want full adjustability, then drop the $2k on the AEM EMS.
