the s1 is three bolts that hold in the bracket. take them out, swap ecu's and put it back in. your ecu sits behind the driver's side headlight.

the gauges and pods are a little more complicated, mostly because you didn't say what gauges you have and what kind of pods you have.

Kind of off topic, but with Stage 1 what kind of gas mileage can I expect, and is the exhaust louder or not? Mine is a 2004 SRT-4.

Thanks for the help on it, with the Stage 1....1 more question if I may....

Is their a BIG difference in performance with the Stage One, or is it just pretty so-so? And is the exhaust note noticeably louder?

It's not a kick in the pants type of power increase. As for the pops, they happen when you take your foot off the gas, especially when going downhill........

Last question, on it I promise....

Is it worth the 400 bucks for it or not? Can I acheive the same effect with bolt-ons for cheaper?

Stage 1 is def. a platform mod .... it makes life way easier for you in the longrun. I would try to find one used though.... it's not an abnormal thing to find.
