P1188 Code Car is going crazy!!!
Here the deal. 04 Stock 42K miles.
Under WOT my boost gauge buries itself way past 20psi, obviously not good, and does so quickly with out any power. I have barely any torque when i do try to accelerate. All I can hear is a small "whine" coming from the back of the engine/turbo area.
I am a member on both sites, and have seached both sites. I have read many different ways to "fix" this. Ideally I do not want to have to ghetto rig my hoses or cap any thing off. I want to fix this properly. I do not want to have to reset my PCM every 3 days. Is there a correct way to fix this?
Any help is much appreciated.

you probably blew a vacuum line. go over ALL your lines, and i mean all of them. follow them from the soilinoid all the way back, checking for holes, cracks or anything else.
sounds like there's still a line not hooked up. check the line at the back of the turbo, that's a common culprit.

You got it. I tugged on all the lines and the green line attached to the WGA/turbo was so brittle it snapped off. So thats my problem. No i just have to figure out how to fix it. I'm guessing there is a replacement kit but is a single line I can buy. Or should I try and make one?
depends on how big (diameter)the line is. hose is hose pretty much, you can use whatever. i have fuel line hooking up my wga/mbc, it's perfectly fine to use. just be sure to zip tie it.
