Default Question About Springs/Alignment

I just got my Stage 1 springs and I'm gonna install them this weekend. About how long should I let them settle before I go get an alignment done?

give them at least two weeks, a month would be better. i found that the springs in my co's didn't fully settle for about three weeks after i installed them.

i would also suggest when you go to get an alignment that you tell them to use the alignment specs from an acr once you're lowered, it usually works out better.

So I installed the springs ( waiting for them to settle before I post pics). But I have a question. I 've noticed especially in the morning that when I ride of uneven bumps or hit a bump at an angle that I get this creaky sqweaking noise from the rear of the car. It almost sounds like it comming from the trunk or something. I asked my friend who helped me install them and he suggested going back over and double checking that all the nuts on the tops of the struts are tightened down good in the trunk. Any suggestions? Anyone hear these sqweaky noises?

possible area (this may only be for coilovers, it's been awhile since I've read through this)

Hey PSI...I'm installing my coilovers Saturday and plan on driving about 1200 miles to a carshow the following weekend. When should I get the alignment? I planned having it done next Wednesday...but should I wait until I return?

sounds like bad upper strut bushings...those can squeek if bad. loose nuts could make a squeek, hard to tell on this without driving.

So I went out last night to investigate the rear struts and found out that the 3 nuts up top the driver side strut tower were not even tightened down! Wow what a difference it made after I tightened these babies down. Sqweaking noise is all gone and the car handles 10x better.
