HORN

My buddy had his 04 srt driving in the rain, and the horn just keeps going off, so he takes out the fuse and it stops. and as soon as he puts it back in it starts to go off again, what the hell is wrong

check the horn relay.... it might be stuck open... if it is just rplace the relay
