i went to the dodge dealer today and they were saying the cant reflash my stage1 ecu. and then it has to be in the car to do. what is up with that. is there a way i can order a reflash so i can do it myself. and if so where at?

 

order a reflash? ummm... no, not that I've ever heard of... because you'd be ordering code, which in turn you'd have to install on the ECU somehow (hence the flash)

do they use the ODBII port for a flash? or is there a breakout on the harness for it? if so, I could def. see why they'd need it in the car!

 

but the car wont run with in unless they install it when they get it there. but how can you reflash a stage one will it get rid of the vin and everything?
