I am wanting to get another pair of SRT-4 seats so that I can do some modifications to them. It is going to take me a week or so to do them and I don't want to be standing in my car as I'm driving around. Anyone know of where I can get a pair at a good price?

 

Why don't you do one at a time ? .......

 

It is more of the way things have ot be put in. Going to be putting some electrical things in the seats. Doing some custom stuff for a friend of mine since he lets me borrow his car at times when I need to get to work.

Hey if you do end up finding a pair of stock SRT-4 seats let me know and I will buyyour (non-modified) driver's seatafter you are done with the modifications. The "leather" trim on mine is torn to shreds.

If worse comes to worse, you could always grab 2 seats from a 03-06 regular neon in a junkyard and put them in the car while you modify your SRT-4 seats. They should fit just fine especially if the neon is the same year as your SRT.

 

You can't put two neon seats into an SRT-4 unless you change the sliders. The Viper seats and side airbag seats/neon seatshave two different sliders on them, and two different belt brackets. Not to mention the cars weren't made in 2006. [/align][/align]I usually see them go for around $300-500 a pair. Ebay is a good place to check, and theres a guy out of TX that has like an SRT junkyard, if you didn't mind paying shipping. [/align][/align][/align]

 

Hmm wasn't aware of that about the sliders. Shouldn't the regular neon seats and sliders bolt in on the same mounts?

Hey can you give me more info on that guy in TX with the SRT junkyard? I need a new seat and possibly a hood for my car.

 

He's on the other forum quite often, I'll have to do a search but his screen name is Turbo God. He has some type of junkyard. They do bolt into the same holes, but as they are different seats, they have different sliders./brackets.

 

when these cars were still being made, i saw like-new condition seats going to 600/ pr. like mentioned, you could do some salvage yard hunting.
as for the sxt/se seats, wouldnt most junkyards sell the tracks with the seats?

 

They sure would. They're usually sold together when bought used.
