hey on the way home today i layed on it.a few time and each time im hearinga ringing sound when hitting boost.........any ideas what this could be??

what grade gas did u use? it could be labor(sp) knocking. can hear it more when in boost if u used regular grade.

 

hey i always use premium gas.......i did change spark plugs recently and i hear some misses that it didnt have before

 

if it's a bad boost leak, yea it can make that sound. i've heard it from my ic pipes before. do a leak test.

knock doesn't sound like a ringing noise, it sounds like a knocking noise. hense the name lol

 

ok i know my gauge hits 15 psi then drops around 11?? but ill get a boost checker thanks

 

when at idle, does the needle bounce around or flutter?

with the air on the needles goes from 20 to 19 20 to 19 etc........with the air off the needle goes from 20 to almost 21 etc im using a check valve btw

think im going to make a boost checker was looking into it this morning i appreciate all comments/help
