while that's true that's not the reason it doesn't bolt up. dodge went retarded with this new tranny and instead of giving it a real lsd they're using this now "brake assisted" lsd crap that's out there. basically is uses your brakes to get traction rather than a locked diff. in order for this tranny to work in a regular srt you'd need to swap sensors and lines and what-not over so that it would work properly. could it be done? sure it can. is it worth it? probably not.
