Well took the SRT--4 in this morning to the body shop. As I was talking to the service writer, I noticed another "keying mark" on the passenger front door about 2 feet long. So, instead of a couple of hundred dollars, we're looking at $600 plus the cost of a rental car. I have a $500 insurance deductable, so it's not worth filing a claim for $100 and then see my rates go up even higher. I'm beyond mad, sorta just going thru the motions, and I've got one heck of a stress headache!!!!

I get the SRT-4 back Friday. My credit union where I financed the car offered me the option of skipping my December car payment. I guess I'll take 'em up on their offer to help offset the repair cost.....

Very good point RR!! See guys, he's always thinking!! Anyways dusty everytime i start my SRT-4 i will be thinking about you and your poor SRT-4, we both have silver SRT-s!!

 

Well, I'm changing my routine....no more going to the stores at the same time every day....I'll be "checking my six" (watching my rear view mirror) to see if anyone follows for longer than normal, and always making a mental note of who is around my car when I get out of it......if a car looks really ghetto, I take down the plate and then run it thru TLETS and NCIC if need be.

But I'm still parking away from the door bangers and the shopping carts!!!![sm=trust_me.gif]
