I dumped my BFG's at 300 miles. I wanted the Pilot Sports, but because of price I went with some Yoko"S.

I'm figuiring about 20k from them max. ( Yokohama AES 100's , stock size, I wish I had stuffed 225/40-17's in there.). Your limited to wider sizes because I believe the stock rims are only 6.5 inchs wide.

PSIChick, do you have those Toyos on there now? If so, how do they hook up straight line, and do they shimmy at 80 or so on the highway? I was looking at those for my wifes Stratus RT coupe. ( not that straight line is an issue with that car....read: sled!)

yes, i have them on right now, and they're a damn good tire. i have them in 225/45R17. i get no shimmy at all, and they hook very well. i don't run these on the track anymore, but i was able to pull a 2.1 60' on them a while back. i was doing brun outs once just playing around and the pavement was a little wet, the tires bruned out a little, but they just wanted to grip and pulled the car forward. i was actually pretty impressed with them on that one. i've never gotten much wheel spin with them, they just grab and go.

Yeah thats the grips about the KDW's, total lack of longtivity...but have seen them new for around a hundred bucks on the net...and they do have a better grip then most others for double the price....wore down my yoko's....going back to BFG....$400 every 15grand is better than $800 every 7 grand...
