I was woundering if any one has saw or know how much HP this stock engine can hold up to or strain?? Just checking to see if anyone new about. The stock turbo I thought I read was about 20psi and the stock bov is only 18psi. But I wanted to find out if it could handle to 500 hp?

There are SRT-4s who have 500hp and some a bit over. The engine can handle it. The Fuel system cannot. The fuel pump is good only until 300hp. The fuel system thus becomes too restrictive when you get closer to 500hp. These engines are strong, meant to take a beating. But the BOV you would definitely need to upgrade i would say if you were over 300hp.
Remember you can only put so much power into a FWD vehicle.
AGP makes turbo kits capable of handling over 20psi, as does PSI-FI. But do the little stuff first, then get on to bigger things.

Yea I was looking at the AGP kit
BOV given and the others I was just woundering if they where built like the Turbo mitsu & Talon motor. Dame near bulit proof
Fuel is a given but it will be trail and erea start with one and go to the next!

PSI-FI is testing a whole new fuel system/delivery kit....been testing for four months now. If it gets to the market in time, you'd be lucky. Then your trial and error wouldn't result in an SRT-4 fireball

Na I saw the the PSi-Fi ECU tuning looks like that is a good thing but am going to start with the AGP Turbo kit then go from there and so on

give me a shout if i can help. not only do i have a 2004 blue SRT4 but accounts with AGP, perrin and some others. maybe save you a few bucks in the process. we have some new SRT parts in development right now. as soon as i get them test fit - they will go in the new products page of the web site.
