Imma Dirty Girl
[8D] So I gave my Baby the 6000 work over today.
Grant it, it was 501 miles over but, hey! So, yeah, he got the oil & filter change, the fluids topped off, the tires rotated and all that good stuff. Of course my Dad just laughs at me and calls me his little 'grease kitten' and says he wished he could take some pictures to show Nic in Iraq... It's all good. Gave me something to do to pass some time... Sunday he gets his monthly waxin'...
While I was under the car... this is where I'm gonna sound like a total chick but oh well. Layin' under the car, the big hose on the drivers side that goes to the intercooler, had oil around the hose clamp. EEK! I'm worried. There's no oil leaks in the garage and drive way and I just wondered what could be causing that or if it's normal.
Ok so, every one have a good weekend and take it easy. Give me ideas to keep me busy with my car for the next 2 weeks because I've put the car club add in the paper and I don't have anything to do between now and going to Colorado Springs for Turkey Day and since the attacking of Fallujah I have heard NO WORD or E-MAIL from Nic... I'm going insane. You all keep me going. You really help A TON!!!

The oil sits in the bottom of the intercooler. I'm gonna try and talk to Paul and see what he's got for ideas as far as fabricating a drain that won't cause a Boost leak. I have 4678 miles on my car, absolutely NOT driven hard at all, never taken to the track, and when Paul was down at the Body shop today they drained AT LEAST 2 ounces of oil out of my intercooler. That stuff goes EVERYWHERE. Catch can's and drains....

Damn old ladies.....no clue how to drive I tell you. All that curly hair gets in the way. An old lady swiped my Miata four days ago, I fixed it up tight though, not a mark in sight now
