Default is this normal???

ok guys, friday as i was comming out of school parking lot, i turned to the main street and had to speed pass some body, so i punched in second gear and got 20 psi of boost, the turbo sounded loud so i figured it was a boost leak, yesterday, i lifted the car a looked at the clamps holding the pressure pipe, and found out they were all loose, so i tied them up, took it for a testr drive and i did the same thing, first gear almost 15 psi, 2nd and on 20psi, and by the way, it is kind of cool down here in tx, i unplugd the battery all night to reprogram the computer and wanted to take it for a test drive but its raining. Is there any other clamps i should tied up??? i have S2 and a BOV...

If not close to it I thought it was around 18-20psi myself. Unsure of Spike or Hold though.

Engine-wise none. I only had 4678 on it when I crashed. But for some unknown reason mine was fast as hell from the factory...not too sure why. You can ask RIPSIGUY too, hes said hes never driven a stock one as fast as mine. LOL Stock for stock mine was faster than HIS! And he drives better than me!

yes but not in the cold weather... plus i've never hit 20 psi in second gear before, and 3rd it actually passed the 20 psi mark, i was also thinking that my subs could have messed up my gauge, cause it rattles whenever my speakers bump.

Get a digital gauge. Once you get to Stage 2, the stock gauge gets very very confused! Digi-gauges are a helluva lot more accurate too
