yes a stock turbo will hold 19-20psi, but again it has to be done right. i did 19psi on my stock turbo.

a bone stock car will benefit from a return line (with other supporting fuel mods of course), there is not a set hp range that you don't need it until. the purpose of a return line is to increase fuel and efficiency, it doesn't matter how lightly or heavily you're modded.

if you're looking for bigger injectors it would depend on what your future plans are for the car. are you going to go big turbo? s3? stay on stock turbo? ported/big wheel stock housing?

 

im planning on stayin on a stock turbo or to a t3/t4 turbo but as of right now im plannin on a stock turbo

 

not right now, what are your final goals? and a t3/t4 tells nothing other than what your flange is.

dtec, stage 2 injectors, wideband..return line and fuel rail will help too...
