i juss put in ma stage two wastegate and i have a boost controller doin it at 20 psi's when i acceracte in sec it goes to like 15 and sometimes to 20 and third goes to 20, but it goes down to like 14 or a lil lower as the rpm's get closer to the redline, is that right or do i have to adjust it.

mods on car , boost controller, stock turbo 20psi, 3 inch o2 housing , 3 inch downpipe, 2.5 mopar exhuast, and stage 2 wastegate

 

You do not have fuel to support the added boost....

 

sounds good the turbos on or srt are not big will not hold boost to redline what year is your srt..

 

they certainly will hold boost to red line, but you have to have it set up right, which he does not. i seriously suggest turning your boost down to 15 or 16psi, you don't have the fuel to support higher boost.

 

ma year of the srt-4 is 2005 wit 29200 miles

Tuned with what ? If you are going to mess with boost you need a wideband (ex. AEM EUGO, Innovative ) , more fuel ( ex. injectors, return line, fuel pump ) , and a way to control it ( ex. SAFC, DTEC, AEM ).

 

a stock turbo will not hold 20lbs of boosst till redline

 

i would get a wide banband but you do not need a return line or less you are over 400hp... 05 have stage 1 injectors you can also use a map clamp too help tune
