been stock long enough
ok. the skittle has been a blast in stock form. and with these better tires, i dont have to worry about spinning off launch, but wheel hop is a bitch. its been stock long enough. got it brand new in 05, just about to hit 18k miles. i plan on taking it overseas with me this summer, and want to mid it up a little bit. unfortunately, from working on ford Modulars and my hemi for the past few years, i have know jack crap when it comes to good companies for this thing. i knwo what i want to do is an intake, turbo back, tune, and a boost contorller that allows me to control the boost depending on gear(ie keep it at stock 13psi in first, 16 in second, and full 18 from then on). also, ive heard of some new motor mounts to help with this wheel hop. im gonna need those, too.
any advice on who to turn to?

an intake is an intake. just pick one.
for the most part, exhausts are exhausts too. just don't get a cut out or a side exit, the rest are fine. i personally use maxxfab.
if you want a boost controller to control boost in all gears, well you'll need a stand alone. it's just not realistic witha piggy back system. and for the minimal mods that you're looking to get that would be a complete waste of money. your best bet might be s2 w/toys and a fuel controller, setting 2 and 3 have limited boost in first and second gear.
on that note, you also do not have the fuel to run 18psi. 16 max so if you want more than that you need fuel too. (injectors, return line, pump, controller).

hmmm..
well then. i want to keep it mostly stock, so i guess 16psi will be my limit.
from what i've seen through my shop, the kids tend to use either AEM or Iceman intakes, so I'm going with one of those. Exhaust, i may just fab up myslef. save money.
do you have links for the tune/controller you refered to? will the tune have a setting to cancel the O2 sensor DTC for the new exhaust, or should i get a dummy O2 sensor?

From what is sounds like to me , all you really want is Stage 2 w/toys(Mopar), a 3inch turboback(just about any will do, mandrel bent of course)exhaust, and an intake (AEM, AGP). Stage 2 will require your o2 sensor to be plugged in to the connector, but that's it. It will read stoic regardless....visit this shorcut to learn about stage 2. https://dodgeforum.com/m_265244/tm.htm
You don't need one really.... but it would be nice. The fuel you get from Stage 2 would be sufficient for 18psi.
