theres really nothing to break. emblems are usually trash after removing them anyways. u will need adhesive remover to remove the excess tape from ur bumper.

So are there screws behind it or is it just stuck on there with adhesive? Will a Viper emblem fit there? Thoughts....??? Do you think it would look OK or not..

should just be held on by adheasive. using a heat gun might make it much easier, as it 'loosens' the adheasive. then you can just peel the adheasive off, it will be gummy. then like mentioned above, use an adheasive remover to remve any residue.

i would use a hair dryer rather then a heat gun bc you can bubble the paint with a heat gun

used a heat gun for a couple years at the shop, never killed the paint with it. but use it like your ol lady uses her hair dryer, dont hold it in one spot too long and keep it on the low setting unless you really need hotter.
but yes, a hair dryer would work great as well if a heatgun isnt available. i know alot more households with a hairdryer than a heat gun

Ithink so too.I believe it was like a 13mm sheet metal nut that held mine on along with tape.I just riped it off, the emblems was trash. Didn't hurt the bumper at all andI stuck my viper emblem right over the hole.

like so.... https://dodgeforum.com/photo.asp?pho...=6&apage=1
