RE: PSI-Fi CAI
As far as moving the battery, the k&N doesn't require removing it either, and no worries about sucking up water unless you submerge it. The K&N comes with this sock that repels water I guess to help, but any small amount of water that is drawn in from rain ect. would probably evaporate from the heat. I've had my K&N CAI for about 5 months now and no problems so far

RE: PSI-Fi CAI
I'm going with an AEM Short Ram for the winter time and a CAI for mid-spring to the start of fall. I did the same thing with my Stratus R/T. I swapped them in and out. The wintertime here is totally evil, when the snow melts it makes huge puddles here in RI, and my Stratus used to drink water like a camel. Not good. So I swapped a Shortie in. I'm getting the AEM shortie for now, and I'll buy a full CAI like I said, for the other seasons.
