my boy got a used srt-4 bone stock and we just put in his aem cold air intake in. and we raced alot of times nd for some reason my car loses and wins. wat i have done is a 3 innh 02 housing, tsudo 3 inch downpipe, mopar 2.5 exhuast. cold air intake stage 2 wastegate and boost controller. for some reason he can stay up with me and sumtimes beat me and i beat him sometimes. idk wat it is. can any find out why my car acts different everytime i race a car. and my psi spikes up to 20 then goes down to 11 and higher rpms. sometimes i take him by a car and a half then he beats me by like a half a car.

 

two things...

1. driver mod.

2. if he's stock, he's probably running more bost than you at this point. 11psi is low.

 

It's because you have your boost turned up to high ...... You are hitting fuel cut at 20psi. You do not have the fuel to run more than 16psi.

 

soo a return line should do the work. but sumtimes i race him and beat him bad and other times i lose by liek a half a car. its so weird

 

Turn your boost down ! You need fuel and something to control the fuel... so no a return line itself is not a good idea.

 

you should turn it down to spike 18 and drop down to 14 or 15psi....also check for boost leaks...and like psi chick said the driver mod really helps....

o ok lol. im pretty sure i kno hwo to drive it. its just im at lower boost then him. thats most liekly why. i mean ive beatin him but i look at my boost and it like makes up its mind on certain races sumtimes higher sumtimes lower
